About Mr. Holliday

James W. Holliday is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law (J.D.; Law Review) and SMU School of Law (L.L.M. Taxation).  He has practiced law here in Fort Worth for 23 years.  While James has broad experience in numerous types of cases and matters, he focuses on Probate/Estate/Trust/Fiduciary Litigation; and Probate, Guardianship, Trust, Corporate and Business Transactions.

James is Past President, Secretary/Treasurer and Director of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association. You may contact him at (817) 624-3300; or at jholliday@hollidayatlaw.

Both James and I are Certified Attorneys Ad Litem and Guardians Ad Litem by the State Bar of Texas pursuant to the Texas Probate Code.  And, proudly, both of us are rated “AV”, the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings.
Our decision to associate our practices has been an exciting professional venture for us, but it’s all about solid, quality service to our clients.  Together, we offer the experience of nearly 60 years of devoted service, a lifetime of expertise, in the general practice of law.
Though we are not partners*, our respective clients will, we believe, enjoy the value and convenience of access to the other lawyer and his experience in a wide variety of cases and areas of law.  Where appropriate, we may refer, suggest a consultation with, or recommend a co-counsel association with, the other lawyer to our clients for their approval.
Please let us know how we may serve you.  We look forward to visiting with you.
Thank you.
