About

Mr. Holliday

I share offices with James W. Holliday.  He is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law (J.D.; Law Review) and SMU School of Law (L.L.M. Taxation).  He was licensed in 1986.  While James has broad experience in numerous types of cases and matters, he focuses on Probate/Estate/Trust/Fiduciary Litigation; and Probate, Guardianship, Trust, Corporate and Business Transactions.

James is Past President, Secretary/Treasurer and Director of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association. You may contact him at (817) 624-3300; or at jholliday@hollidayatlaw.

Though we are not partners*, our respective clients have the opportunity to enjoy the value and convenience of access to the other lawyer and his experience in a wide variety of cases and areas of law.  Where appropriate, we may refer, suggest a consultation with, or recommend a co-counsel association with, the other lawyer to our clients for their approval.

Please let us know how we may serve you.  We look forward to visiting with you.

Thank you.

 Best,

Marvin Champlin
